Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. More countries will be available soon.

At Justmee, we work hard to give our customers the best delivery experience and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

Your order goes through two main phases:

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after they are reviewed, approved, and packed. Once processed, your parcel is prepared for dispatch.

  2. Shipping Time
    Once picked up by our shipping provider, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days for shipping within Germany and 3-6 business days for EU countries.

Please note that during promotional or seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 days): €4.95

  • Free Shipping on orders over €49

  • Standard Shipping EU (3-6 days): €6.95

  • Free Shipping on EU orders over €69 

If your final order amount (after any discounts) is below €49 or €69 , a shipping fee of €4.95 or €6.95 will apply. In the case of returns that reduce the order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be charged retroactively.

Returns

Would you like to return your order?

Please note the following return conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, items with a broken or removed hygiene seal cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Please always contact our customer service through hello@justmee-nails.com first before sending back any items.

  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free return shipping. Please ensure your return is sufficiently prepaid.

Additional Notes

  • Deliveries are made on business days only (no shipping on Sundays or public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
